Prior adjusting experience as either a company adjuster or public adjuster is mandatory. The ideal candidate must be experienced in Xactimate 25 and also be knowledgeable in property insurance policies, building estimates and their interpretation. All adjusters are required to have a Public Adjusters license and bond before being considered. Occasional travel is required.

The ideal candidate will possess cold calling experience, excellent sales skills, and knowledge or the ability to learn property insurance policies and their interpretation. It is imperative for this position that the candidate be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently on the street with the support and backing of corporate headquarters and our staff. Compensation for this position is comprised of a salary plus commission along with a generous bonus program tied strictly to performance and designed for the driven sales person.
